TeamJam®

A one-day, high energy team-building session to help newly merged/ Acquired groups assimilate into the organization. Cross functional and business teams self-organize around a series of tasks designed to give attendees: a deeper understanding of the new organization ; accelerate the relationship building process and help them identify with the new company.

Liberating Structures

A 3 day culture change workshop where 80 to 120 people from all levels and functions of the organization come together to: make necessary changes to the system, learn simple tools to lead change locally and get better connected with others in their organization. The workshop adheres to bottom-up, complexity science principles around sustainable change.

Future Search Conference

A 3 day organization change process that allows large numbers of people (80 to 200) to come together and create a new direction. Attendees take some time honoring the history that brought the organization to this point; they then look at the trends impacting the business at present; followed by some scenario planning of possible responses and zeroing in on a plan for moving forward.

Covey’s 7 Habits of Highly Effective People

A 2 day version of the popular Covey workshop that helps individual’s improve their personal effectiveness and start setting a higher standard for others to follow. Day one focuses on personal mastery and helps people align their personal goals with the organization’s mission. Day 2 focuses on interpersonal skills to help people learn how to better collaborate.
