Our
Mission
|
Since 1997 we have been on a mission to help our clients
answer a fundamental question How do we build an organization
that consistently delivers something of value to our customers
profitably AND have fun doing it?
|
| |
|
Our
Approach
|
Our approach to
working with clients is predicated on some core beliefs we consciously
hold about people inside organizations, including:
- The current results
an organization is getting emerge from the prevailing patterns of behavior
by the people inside that organization and everyone inside the
organization is responsible for those patterns (good or bad).
- The solutions
to any challenge facing the organization lie within the people inside
the organization and their ability to recognize the patterns and assumptions
they are working under.
- Finally, to steal
from Dee Hock (former CEO of VISA), we encourage our clients to remember
that, simple, clear purpose and principles give rise to complex,
intelligent behavior. Complex rules and regulations give rise to simple,
stupid behavior.
Given the above,
our job then becomes helping our clients see the patterns currently
in place and make conscious choices about adopting new patterns or
principles for behavior to produce better results
